Click for Larger Image My 1980 Prelude (George) is mostly done his restoration! Get info at PreludeRestoration.org. We bought this car in 1997... it was pretty complete and ran well at the time, despite the crappy paint job done by the previous owner to hide the (fading) red paint. The black is now gone and we've been in several shows so far this year.
Click for Larger Image This is the car that started all the Honda nonesense! An 86 Accord LX 5 speed that I bought in 1992. At the time I was driving an 89 Hyundai so getting in the Accord was like having a luxury car...cushy seats, nice suspension, 12 valves of smooth power... not to mention air conditioning. It was a good car for 3 years and gave me the bug for Honda products. When it started needing some expensive parts I traded it in 1995 for a brand new Accord - without even a test drive. I hope to add an 86 Accord to my collection again some day... 2 or 4 doors is fine, as long as its another 5 speed :-)

Became a Honda enthusiast in 1992 with the purchase of my 86 Accord. In 1995 bought a 95 Accord new and started The Honda Beat newsletter. The newsletter gradually became the web site and went fully paperless in 1999. Currently own a 1980 Prelude and 2010 Civic. Have owned two S2000s and hope to again in the near future!
