East Coast Honda Meet 2012 (Saturday, June 9th, 11am-4pm)
This is the biggest Honda/Acura Meet on the East Coast. Featuring all models of Honda's from vintage to new, this is the event for you. Bring out your classic S600, Z series or Accord & Civic. This year will be a 1 day event being held in Doswell VA at the Meadows Event Park. This is the same location as the Virginia state fair and has some of the best pavement you can imagine. It's 2 miles down the street from Kings Dominion and will offer less traffic congestion and ease of parking than the previous location. Major magazine groups and photographers will be present at the event as well as some of the leaders in aftermarket parts. We are striving to have an even bigger turnout than last year so you won't be disappointed.

Ready to roll: Honda Motor Co. President Fukio Takeo (from right) visited with Gov. Mitch Daniels and Ron Zarro, owner of this 1965 Honda S600, at the governor's official residence on Friday. Takeo, who is in town to see the Indianapolis 500, visited the Greensburg Honda plant site this week.

Webmaster Ellen drove 8 hours south to attend this event with the 80 Prelude. There were only 2 Hondas in attendence last year and four this year but there should have been alot more! The show is open to all vehicles with NO age restriction and yet there were only four Hondas!
May 2006 - Import Cars at Carlisle. There are still TONS of CRXs, Accords and Civics on the road from the 80's so I was somewhat disappointed at the turnout of only 4. There is a nice 86 Accord sedan for sale right in Carlisle. My consolation however was finally being able to park next to another first gen Prelude! Craig from Virginia drove in for the day which was very exciting.
Sep 2005 - 14th Annual S Car Gathering, got the engine and transmission out of Chatham. Both need to be gone cleaned up and gone through for later installation in the new S600 (with better body).
June 2005 - Ron Zarro's S600 at the US Grand Prix in Indianapolis.
June 2005 - Brian's T500 truck with 2 new Ridgeline's at the Shelburne (Vermont) Classic Auto Festival.
